Shane has worked his entire career in the electrical field. His commitment to the trade has earned his experience across the board in homes, low and medium-voltage systems, power plants, and project management. He has traveled the world studying power generation and commissioning management, earning his certificate of Renewable Power Plant Commissioning issued by the University of Pisa, Italy. He also carries a certification in structural and substation ultrasound testing and electrical safety, and standard maintenance practices. When Shane wasn’t studying abroad, he maintained a leadership position overseeing all of the electrical maintenance and emergency responses for Hydroelectric Power Plants across a northeast region. He built a name for himself by keeping a travel bag prepared at all times and closing some of the most difficult of plant outages. Shane eventually expanded his skill sets to an opportunity in Industrial Solar Energy. He served Connecticut, Vermont, and Massachusetts as the lead site contact in the N.E United States. He managed a maintenance plan, supervised projects, developed innovative ideas for improvements, and managed contracts from scope development through final commissioning. Today Shane provides the same high-level project management and service but as the owner of Pincence Electric LLC. He is continuing to secure clients through recognition of his relentless work ethic.
